Mega Man and Pac-Man have been announced as exclusive characters for PS3 and Vita versions of Street Fighter X Tekken.
No official word on whether the game will ship with a spectator mode for online multiplayer.

I think its dumb they are including these characters that have nothing to do with Street Fighter or Tekken.
Seems to be becoming a more common thing now with fighting games, like Mortal Kombat had Freddy and Soul Calibur had Darth Vadar and Yoda.
