    I’ve watched all those developer diaries. They shooting the film in 5K resolution too. Can’t wait to go and see it at IMAX. Gonna be crazy. Shame we have a whole year to wait just for PART 1 :-(

    oh ok, so they are shooting like 3 movies at once again I guess like lord of the rings?

    Ye they are shooting the entire film together but splitting it up into 2 parts for release. I guess so they can stay more faithful to the book and get as much in as possible. Part One comes out December 2012 and is being called, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, and then Part Two which is The Hobbit: There and Back Again is being released December 2013.
