I’ll give Capcom credit for one thing, they sure as hell know how to make an excellent trailer that will get a lot of people drooling, but again for me, being a Massive Resi fan up until Part 4, I can’t help but feel underwhelmed yet again. That trailer was far too focused on action and cinematic set-pieces. I know it’s the first trailer and all and a lot more details are yet to come out, but from what I can see, it’s going to be just as action focused as Resi 5 was. At least it seems to be set during the night time though which could create a bit more of an intense atmosphere, but at this moment, I’m looking more forward to playing the 3DS game.
I hope Capcom can renew my love for the series, but they need to bring that heat in order for me to forgive them for what they did with the last numbered entry.
